Description
Hello, I would like to part with my family 2CV A, the third owner after a cousin priest from Ardèche and my grandfather. This vehicle has had little to no restoration. It is complete with its original parts. Only the two front floor pans had been restored (probably by my grandfather’s mechanic). My work (about thirty years ago) when I inherited it consisted of a thorough clean, bringing some parts back to level (all original), having a hood made by a saddler who had old stock, and repainting the bodywork. At shows or gatherings the car has been “validated” by experts of this model. It is equipped with its original wheels with Michelin Pilote tyres and 4 wheels with “x” tyres to drive off-show. It has always been kept dry under a cover since I owned it. I am parting with it because living in Lyon it is difficult to drive, and I left it with the registration papers and a MOT (every two years). It will be handed over with the manuals intended for professional mechanics at the time when all the manufacturer references and the descriptive and assembly diagrams can be found. I want a selling price of €18, 000. Here you have the photo album to view the exceptional condition of this vehicle which I will not bargain on and which celebrated its 70th birthday last year. Kind regards.
