Renault 11 petrol GTL 5-door, running and functional but refused at the recent MOT for perforating corrosion: front right door – hinge (photo) and rear sills at wheel level.
The clutch had just been replaced in anticipation of this test and the two front tyres and a CV joint (mechanical parts).
The corrosion anomalies had reached up to this point...
The corrosion repairs have been carried out on the front passenger door; the rear ones remain.
New battery (and another spare available).
2 new front tyres.
Windscreen washer system dead; water reservoir.
The estimate for bodywork to pass the inspection again has been added to the repairs already carried out: the vehicle is being sold as a replacement car, a duplicate.
