Description
The Atelier des 1000 is pleased to offer for sale this Porsche 911 3. 2 Carrera Cabriolet, in a rare triple blue configuration and particularly elegant, with its Dunkel Blau special‑order paintwork matched to a blue leather interior and an alpaca hood.
An iconic model of the "G" generation, the 911 3. 2 Carrera marks the culmination of the first 911 before the arrival of the 964.
Produced between 1984 and 1989, it combines the classic charm of the 911 with enhanced mechanical reliability, which makes it today one of the most sought-after models for Purists.
This version is powered by the famous Flat 6 3. 2‑litre developing 231 horsepower, renowned for its reliability and smoothness.
Fully usable on a daily basis, this 911 continues to appeal with its authenticity, comfort and well‑composed character.
Our example was delivered new in late 1985 in Germany through the Porsche dealership in Wuppertal and was destined for the local market; its first owner kept it until 2020 before being exported to the Netherlands by its second and last owner.
Recently repatriated to France by us, this 911 stands out for its particularly attractive configuration as well as its clear provenance, a true second‑hand example, accompanied by its service booklet.
Configured with taste, this car comes with many original options such as:
- Cruise control
- Full leather interior
- Fuchs wheels
- Central locking
- Air conditioning
- Electric driver’s seat
- Electric mirrors
Mechanically, the car starts without difficulty, with no unusual noises or smoke to report.
The engine is healthy, offering pure driving sensations and the characteristic sound of the air‑cooled flat‑6 that will delight enthusiasts of characterful cars.
A proper maintenance service including engine/ gearbox/ brakes oil change as well as spark plug replacement will be carried out prior to sale.
The five‑speed manual gearbox is precise and well‑balanced and operates perfectly. Gears shift without snags and the road manners are solid. The clutch performs its role perfectly and shows no signs of wear.
The steering is solid, with no play; the running gear and suspension provide perfect road contact and dynamic handling.
The Fuchs wheels have been refurbished and are in perfect condition; four new tyres will be fitted for sale.
The paintwork retains its shine, its special‑order colour depth, and no major defects are noted.
The undertrays are consistent with the car’s overall condition, clean, healthy, with no corrosion or collision marks.
The blue leather interior is in very good condition, with a light patina that gives it character.
The dashboard shows no cracks, and all instrumentation is functional.
The alpaca blue hood is in good presentation and shows no notable defects.
