I bought my R90 S in 2008 with 67, 000 km on the clock and immediately entrusted it to BMW Motorrad Paris 19, who performed a general diagnosis and a full service for an invoice of €2, 600 at the time. I subsequently had a full repaint carried out by a motorcycle painter specialising in classics in Aix-en-Provence, in keeping with the original finish (Silver Smoke), with the enamel tank badges and seat badges replaced with new ones, as well as the side decals. A new original windscreen was fitted, supplied by L’Atelier du Roule as ever, BMW specialists in Charenton-le-Pont.
With my R90S I have totalled around 6, 000 km of purely pleasure rides.
It has benefited from regular maintenance, it has always been stored in a sheltered, dry place.
I have just carried out a service for sale with engine tuning and battery replacement.
