A brace? A clutch? A murder? We’re not exactly sure of the collective term but what we do know is that these four Ferraris, currently available via Car & Classic auctions, are all absolute beauties. Having expanded our auctions into Europe we are now able to offer this cracking collection currently residing in Belgium, and all with no reserve.

With two 208s and a pair of 348s it may not seem that diverse of a group but if we look closely we see a Berlinetta, a convertible Targa, a GT4 Dino and an incredibly rare GTB, all of which have been meticulously cared for and cherished. With remarkably low miles across the board and matching numbers throughout these Ferraris are quite the ensemble cast, so let’s dive in and take a closer look at these Italian super stars.

1976 Ferrari 208 GT4 Dino

The 208 GT4 is the smaller, 2.0-litre version of the 308 GT4 which was the first production Ferrari to feature their now renowned mid-engined V8 layout. It was also the first to be designed by Bertone rather than Pininfarina, as was habitually the case in previous years, and featured a more angular aesthetic.

Having been resprayed in its original blue paintwork this particular GT4 presents exceptionally well. It is mechanically sound too having recently benefited from a complete valve adjustment as well as a new timing belt and tensioner. With a mere 15,000 miles under its belt (yep, you read that right) it’s hardly been used.

Capable of nearly 140mph despite it’s relatively diminutive displacement the GT4’s engine, with its four twin-choke carburettors, produces around 180bhp. Make no mistake, this Ferrari can hustle and along with its well-balanced handling is a joy to pilot.

1981 Ferrari 208 GTB

Introduced in 1980 alongside the 208 GTS the GTB was Ferrari’s smallest displacement version of the 308 GTB with a wee 2.0-litre V8 pushing out 155bhp. Produced for the Italian market where new cars with engines above 2 litres were subject to much higher taxes the 208 GTB may not have been the quickest but it was still a looker thanks to those classic lines penned by Leonardo Fioravanti of Pininfarina.

With only around 160 of these Ferraris ever made it’s a rare occurrence when one comes up for sale. Even more so when the car in question is in as lovely original condition as the one we have here. Much like its sister car, this sought after GTB has covered only approximately 19,000 miles since new – it’s just bedding in!

With a recent bill for over 5000 Euros, including a new timing belt, this 208 is ready to be driven and topping out at 150mph is a horse that can certainly still prance. It’s a beautiful car and it remains an engaging drive.

1990 Ferrari 348 TB

With styling cues taken from the Testarossa the 348 looks quick standing still and with its naturally aspirated, quad-cam V8 producing 300bhp it certainly gets down the road pretty sharpish too. Available in both TB coupé and TS Targa guises (as seen below) the 348 was the last V8 Ferrari developed under the leadership of Enzo Ferrari before his death in 1988.

This 348 Trasversale Berlinetta has a full service history and only a smidgen over 20,000 miles on the clock so there’s a lot to like here. Not only that but it is in exceptional, original condition throughout and drives like a dream. The interior is gorgeous and the paint and bodywork speak for themselves.

With 0-60 time of 5.4 seconds and a top speed of over 170mph the 348 is a fast car, make no mistake. These impressive performance figures, combined with its sleek looks ensure that the 348 TB remains a fantastic coupé that is becoming more and more sought after in the world of classic Ferraris.

1990 Ferrari 348 TS

The TS is the convertible, targa roof version of the 348 TB, with the TS standing for Trasversale Spider, but the removable hard top is about where the differences end as the car shares the engine and drivetrain with its sister car. Boasting the same 300bhp from that naturally aspirated, 3.4-litre V8 it’s no slouch and with design characteristics borrowed from the Testarossa it looks great as well.

Eschewing the Ferrari “norm” of red paint and cream leather this particular 348 has gone the way of Metallica’s fifth album and we think the strictly black on black aesthetic looks fantastic. It’s all very Knight Rider and we love it. To say this TS has the highest mileage of the bunch could be misleading as it has still only done 23,000 of them, which is nothing. This is reflected in the overall condition of the car, including the interior, which benefits from fresh leather on the seats. The paintwork is equally well presented as the car has received a full respray in that original, menacing black in the past. Mechanically speaking, this is a worry-free car having had its drive belts replaced in the last few years.

A Challenge race series was created for the 348 which speaks volumes and today it is still a beautiful and powerful sports car in any guise. Perhaps unfairly overlooked in favour of some of the more esteemed output from the Italian auto manufacturer the 348 is good value whilst still being very much a beautiful performance Ferrari.
