The number plate is not included in the sale and has been removed and is now P607UTX.
I bought this car at the end of November last year as I had been looking for a good example for ages and was struggling to find a good one then this came up with the previous owner having owned it for almost 18 years. It's never been messed around with or been near a 'tuning expert'! It has masses of history from the previous owner and main dealer up to 30k.
It appears that all the MOT certificates are there, all the handbooks, all the keys and obviously the logbook is present in my name.
The car is lovely, it is as it looks in the pictures, apart from a quick wash to get the dust off, it hasn't been polished or cleaned - it's just a very tidy car.
It appears to have had genuine overmats fitted from new and the carpets are mint. The drivers seat has some cracking to the leather as shown and a few snags to the edging as shown but, I think a good clean then leather feed would make it look much better. There is a slight burr/ drag to the leather on the front edge of the rear seat - it looks like something has been dragged along it and snagged at the leather but, once again, a good leather feed should sort most of it out.
The alloys are in a good condition, a couple of marks as to be expected with age but, nothing ugly. The centre caps have 'faded' so the Mazda logo is almost gone but, I am being a bit picky!
Upon getting it, I had it serviced and the front drivers wing and rear spoiler were starting to de-lacquer so, I had those repainted.
Due to the fact it's red, it does bloom a little if not polished regularly but, I will polish it again before it goes.
The interior is superb and I have plenty more pictures if required.
I bought it as a toy and have hardly used it since MOT'ing it back in January. The main reason for selling is that I hardly ever use it and I have just purchased a Porsche 928 so, sensibility says I should sell it as it's probably never going to be used enough by me.
However, I'm not desperate to sell as it is a good one and I do have the space to stash it away if it doesn't sell and in light of this, if it doesn't sell, it will just be covered up and stored until I have more time to do something with it.
