1972 Rover 2000 TC P6. Almond with tan leather upholstery. First registered on 18th April 1972 and supplied by S. Hicks Ltd of Launceston Cornwall. It stayed with the first owner until 1976 when the second owner took possession and kept until November 1989. The third owner purchased the car in December 1990 and kept the car for fourteen years to 2004 and then the fourth owner right up to 2015. The most recent keeper owned the car until now, some six years. During its life the car has covered just 38, 000 miles from new which is fully documented in the history file which contains lots of bills and invoices dating back to the seventies, as well as copies of previous log books and old mot certificates. Most importantly the original Passport to Service book is still present along with period service sheets and the Rover owners hand book. The Rover still presents very well today and lots of money has been spent on the upkeep of the car, most recently the seats were professionally retrimmed last year at a cost of £1700 and a new stainless steel exhaust and manifold were also fitted. The paintwork is still displays a great sheen and the chrome still bright. Mechanically the car is very strong, starting easily and driving very well. Cruising happily in modern traffic and very smooth and comfortable. Although now tax and mot exempt a fresh mot has now been applied for your own peace of mind. Absolutely any inspection is welcome.
