Descrição

1933 BSA B33-2 more commonly known as the B2.

Marketed alongside the side valve B33-1, the overhead valve B33-2 was a bare bones 250 appropriate to the economically depressed times of the early 1930s.

Now quite rare, the little BSA is essentially a no frills lightweight with a surprisingly eager overhead valve engine endowing it with very lively performance which makes it great fun to ride.

Very vintage in its conception, it employs total loss lubrication via a Pilgrim pump and a hand change three speed gearbox. A Maglita would have originally been fitted but this bike is now fitted with a rather nice BTH magneto and LED lighting.

The little BSA is a good starter and its light weight makes it easy to handle and ride. The Brooklands can silencer makes a lovely exhaust note.

Restored a number of years ago, the BSA is in good riding condition and presents very well. The wheels look to have been rebuilt recently and the tyres show very little wear.

Overall this is a cracking little bike which is ideal for VMCC events and very easy to live with.
