The Appeal
The MGA signalled a significant departure from MG's traditional T-series roadsters, introducing sleek, aerodynamic styling that helped define the British sports car era. This 1958 Roadster benefits from a comprehensive professional restoration completed in 2013, which included several thoughtful upgrades to enhance the driving experience. The original 1500cc engine has been replaced with a 1725cc unit from an MGB, offering improved performance while maintaining the car's classic character.
Originally imported from the US, this left-hand drive MGA has been in the current owner's possession since June 2013, shortly after which it was transported to Spain, where it has been kept garaged and used sparingly. Despite its continental location, it retains its UK registration and benefits from MOT exemption, making it an attractive proposition for buyers in either market.
