The Appeal
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Tommi Mäkinen Edition was created to celebrate Makinen’s fourth consecutive World Rally Championship title. Compared with the standard Evo, it features a titanium turbocharger, a revised exhaust, a faster steering rack and asphalt-focused suspension for enhanced performance. Aesthetically, it stands out with a unique front bumper, 17-inch Enkei wheels and exclusive Recaro seats with the T.M.E. logo inside.
This example is a rare left-hand-drive RS2 variant in white — one of only 48 produced. The RS2 TME features distinctive aerodynamic upgrades, including a front bumper optimised for better cooling and reduced drag, and a TME-specific exhaust system.

What makes this vehicle particularly notable is its full French homologation, obtained through Grand Tourisme Import via a thorough process involving the DREAL and five distinct UTAC tests at Montlhéry — it is said to be the first homologation of this model in France. Upgraded by Enjolras RACING with PROFLEX hydraulic suspension, this Evolution VI combines a rare specification with a documented history and recent mechanical attention.
