The Appeal

The Austin 7 RN saloon is one of the most usable pre-war cars. With its upright stance and diminutive proportions, it remains a delightful and accessible route into vintage motoring, ideal for rally runs, shows, and VSCC events.

This 1932 example has been the subject of restoration work, mainly carried out in Wales. The bodywork has been professionally finished in 2-pack paint, while the hood cloth has been upholstered to the original design. The interior was partly re-upholstered prior to the current owner's acquisition and is reported to present well. On the mechanical side, the gearbox has been rebuilt with new gears, and the vendor reports that the car starts, runs, and drives well.
