The Appeal
The E46 M3 was the last of the naturally aspirated inline-six M3s, and it's widely regarded as one of the finest driver's cars BMW has ever produced. It's easy to see why: well-balanced, superb performance and that renowned Bavarian build quality, from a time when cars were still reassuringly tactile and analogue. No doubt about it - it's the definition of a modern classic.
This 2003 example has been in the same careful ownership since 2007, when the current keeper took it on after a year trying to find the right example. We're told it has exceeded expectations throughout nearly two decades of ownership. It's covered a scant 41,312 miles, so the rich blue livery is still every bit as bright and attention-grabbing as you'd hope.
Boasting a valid MOT to August 2026 and a private registration plate, the car is ready and waiting for its lucky new keeper. image.png1.51 MB

Note from Vendor: "The car was serviced and had MOT’s done by Coopers and subsequently Berry the BMW approved garage/dealers – but on a few years a friend did the MOT and one of their mechanics put 3 9 instead of 3 7 on one year – so it looks like mileage went up and then down. We cannot have the DVSA amend it as we don’t have proof in that year to show what it should have been – but it is obviously an error. It only has 41,000 on the clock any way."
