The Appeal
When Porsche is involved in the design then you know the result is going to be something good. And so it is with Harley-Davidson’s run of CVO special edition custom bikes.
Just 646 CVO V-Rod Screamin’ Eagles were built, with only 625 finding their way to dealers. Each one featured a mammoth elevated specification that pushed the standard VRSC muscle bike into the rarified realms of collector bikes.
This one, first registered in 2006, must be amongst the best available and certainly one of the least used. It has been in private collections from new and covered less than 300 miles. The result is a stunning bike, its Electric Orange paintwork working with the extensive bright chromework to deliver a machine that is as much work of art as potent road bike.
The vendor acquired the bike in 2019 from a specialist dealer. Previously it had been displayed in a private gym for 10 years. It was sent to Robin Hood Harley-Davidson in Nottingham soon after purchase for checks and recommissioning, and more recently in 2023 has been attended to by Leeds Harley-Davidson.
This is a very high quality version of a rare and sought-after bike. It is one of the best available and will be sold with fresh 12 months MOT.
The vendor says:
“A great show bike and easy to ride starts on the button and creates a lot of interest at bike meets. Kept in a dry garage and covered less that 300 mile from new. Note privte plate is not include in sale and will be transferred once sold, new number assigned and plate fitted by seller.”
