Modifications to 2.5-litre powertrain and exterior
Dark grey exterior and black 18-inch wheels
Two-tone interior with STi seats, steering wheel and gear lever
The Appeal
The third generation Subaru Impreza was larger, stiffer and safer than its predecessor, and saw the introduction of a new five-door hatchback bodystyle. It also introduced new double wishbone rear suspension, enabling better wheel control and more predictable handling.
This 2009 example in dark metallic grey has been fitted with a larger rear spoiler, lower front bumper and front valance, and sits on black 18-inch Vertini wheels with 245/40 tyres. Some light scratches commensurate with age can be seen. Inside, the two-tone grey cabin features an STi steering wheel, gear lever and Recaro seats, as well as carbon-effect trim, red-ringed dials and metal sports pedals, creating a sporty environment.
The turbocharged 2.5-litre boxer engine is very well-presented, and has received modifications, including a Perrin radiator shroud. The seller states they have owned the car since 2023, and that it has recently received a full mechanical inspection by a Subaru mechanic. They describe the car as “a real head-turner that is very powerful, very comfortable and fun to drive”. It is now ready to provide a new owner with driving enjoyment. image.png1.4 MB
