Here I have a Mark 1 Ford escort 1970
I know it has been modified but you can use it and drive it and make it into whatever you desire. I also have the mechanics that can restore this car including turning it into a 2 door. Here is a link for you to watch also another green 2 door available.
Personally if I had the time I would tun this into a 2 door new paint new everything..... then you would be getting something special
The engine is a Toyota 1600cc cross flow 16v very reliable no I do not have the original engine.
