Offered for sale is my much-loved 2003 Porsche Boxster Tiptronic S Convertible, finished in timeless Seal Grey Metallic with a beautifully presented interior. First registered in March 2003, this is an exceptionally genuine example that has been carefully maintained and cherished throughout my ownership.
Having been owned by a female enthusiast for just over the past three years, the car has always been garaged over the winter months and only used sparingly in good weather. Its remarkably low mileage for a car now over 23 years old reflects this careful ownership and limited use.
The Boxster has been maintained by a respected Porsche specialist and has benefitted from recent maintenance, giving the next owner confidence and peace of mind. Recent work includes:

Owning a Porsche had always been a personal ambition of mine. Like many enthusiasts, I promised myself from a young age that one day I would own one, and when the opportunity came to buy this Boxster, I knew it was the right car.
I've always had a passion for older vehicles and modern classics. For me, they're about much more than simply getting from A to B – they have character, evoke memories and offer a driving experience that's becoming increasingly rare. Before buying the Boxster, most of my classics had been 4x4s, so this was a completely different experience and one I have thoroughly enjoyed.
What I love most about this car is how effortlessly it combines performance with usability. The Tiptronic S gearbox makes it equally enjoyable whether you're cruising through the countryside or taking a more spirited drive. With the roof down, the flat-six engine provides the unmistakable Porsche soundtrack (I rarely have the radio on just to enjoy her purr!), making every journey feel like an occasion, even if it's just a short trip.
The colour combination is timeless, and I genuinely believe the 986 Boxster is one of those cars that is becoming more appreciated with every passing year. It's a true driver's car with beautifully balanced handling, classic styling and the quality engineering that Porsche is renowned for.
Throughout my ownership, I've treated the car as something to be cherished rather than simply used. It has been garaged during the winter months, maintained by a Porsche specialist and looked after regardless of cost. I wanted to ensure it remained in excellent condition for many years to come, and the recent maintenance, including the water pump replacement, new front brake pads and Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, reflects that approach.
The exceptionally low mileage for a March 2003 car tells its own story. It has never been my daily driver and has only been taken out on dry, enjoyable days, which is exactly how a car like this deserves to be used.
The only reason I'm selling is because I simply don't drive it enough anymore. Rather than leaving it sitting in the garage, I'd much rather see it go to someone who will appreciate it, enjoy it and continue to care for it as I have.
