The Appeal

The Lancia Fulvia is one of the most characterful small coupés of its era, pairing a sweet narrow-angle V4 with nimble front-wheel-drive handling honed on the rally stages. The 1300 variant, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, remains a thoroughly enjoyable car to drive, wrapped in one of the most attractive silhouettes of the 1970s.

This 1976 example has benefited from considerable recent investment, headlined by a bare metal respray in its original silver, subsequently ceramic coated. Structurally, the car is reported to be in good order, only a rear wheel arch required replacement during the restoration, while the underside needed no welding. The previous registered keeper owned the car for 30 years, storing it inside throughout that time.
