Chassis number LBAAH1AA114805 confirms that it is a home market petrol short wheel base Land Rover.

Huge amount of history back to 1987 when the mileage was 13, 994 and invoices and MOTs since backing up the mileage of 77530 as being genuine.
Very sound example that has not been messed around with.
Apart from the wheels it is totally standard.
Bulkhead very sound and original, needs a small hole welded in the drivers footwell.
Chassis has had various repairs over the years and is in good order.
Engine starts immediately and sounds good.
Gearbox and clutch work well.
Nice to find with a tailgate and catflap as it will be easy if you want to turn it into a softop.
It is getting very difficult to find unmolested Series 3 Land Rovers and this is well worth using and improving over time.
