First built 13th January 1955, this 100 BN1 is a rare, original right hand drive home market car originally delivered to Carlaw Cars of Glasgow. Finished in the 100M-style colours Ivory White with Black duotone, this example remains matching numbers on the engine and chassis, with original body numbers.
The car is believed to have been dealer fitted with the P280 100M ‘Le Mans’ kit, which was only procured to some 500 cars, with research into this conducted by Christie’s Auctioneers in 1987. As such, the car features the unique 100M features of a louvered bonnet with Le Mans regulation strap, 100M cold airbox, H6 SU carburettors and YH13 distributor.
This car is supplied serviced with heritage certificate of authenticity.
