Originally a saloon, “Monty” was professionally modified to a convertible before my ownership. I have now owned Monty for 10 happy years but am not now using him as much as before and he needs a new loving home.
In my ownership he has had a complete respray in original Trafalgar Blue with a new hood and hood bag. Before the respray we fitted a new boot lid to replace the rusty old one and repaired the lower front wings and door bottoms. Since the respray, the rear spring hangers have been replaced professionally and a reconditioned engine fitted. He now starts, runs and stops very well and has the benefit of an MoT until April 2019, after which he will no longer need a formal MoT due to his age. He’s been kept in a snug garage for the last 10 years and lovingly maintained.
