An impeccable example of the Corniche 11, with fantastic supporting provenance and history. Supplied new in June 1985 by RR Motors, Conduit St, London, stayed in the initial owners hands for 4 years before passing into his business partners ownership for the next 29 years to date. This car has been meticulously well kept, with all small and large factory supplied tools present as are all factory books and pull-outs including the original service book, boasting 17 service stamps. Servicing has always been RR main dealer or RR specialist, with comprehensive invoicing to accompany. Serviced at 12, 13, 16, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 36, 37, 37, 37, 38 and 38k miles. Last serviced less than 300 miles ago. The cars interior is as lightly used and unmarked as you are likely to see. The original hood is retained, complete with original tonneau cover, and factory supplied lambswool overrugs still in place. All Burr Walnut cappings are virtually unmarked. As the car has always been dry stored and garaged, it has never suffered from sun bleaching or dampness, and still retains that factory fresh Connolly hide aroma that is often lost in less well cared for examples. The underside, having been regularly Waxoyled is like the day it left Crewe in 1985. The drive is super tight and smooth, due to the level of maintenance lavished on this car during its lifetime. Corniches were designed to glide, and this example does just that ! This car ticks all the right boxes being low ownership, low mileage, properly maintained with superb history on top of being a genuinely well kept original and unspoilt example.
