I am a genuine seller and I can confirm the car is actually as good as it looks and is a very very solid car. Under the arches it is painted the same colour as the car. Silver
I have reduced the price by £1000 so the first with £7995 can take it away. You won't be disappointed as prices are still on the way up.
OTHER CHANGE - JUST ONE set of wheels will come with the car being the MINILITES as seen in the last photo unless you want the Mexico wheels.
Ford Escort Mk2 Ghia, 1980 with MOT. Car had been restored couple of years ago to high standard but not concourse. Has had some nice mods being lowered 1" all round, gas shocks on rear and single leaf spring. Full Ashley exhaust with single back box. K&N air filter, re-furbed Mexico 5. 5j wheels and qtr front bumpers. Fitted 5 speed type 9 gearbox, 4. 1 diff and running standard 1600 crossflow with webber carb etc. Regret sale but just not being used enough.
The last photo shows the car with Cibie spots and 7" new alloy JBW minilight wheels. The wheels will come with the car unless you want the Mexico wheels. One set and not both. The spots have been sold but I do still have the brackets if you want to put spots back on.
Door window rubbers could do with changing and are supplied with the car. All existing original parts are available to purchase if needed. Full length front bumper, springs, rear shocks, four branch manifold and large plastic airfilter housing.
