Toyota MR2 MK2 (Rev3) 1994 173BHP. Full 'engine out' restoration in 2015. 98863 miles. Mot until 29/ 1/ 19. Stamped service history. Bill file and photographs of restoration. Quick and drives like a new car.
This car is in stunning condition, as you would expect for a restored car. Before I purchased the car it was restored involving removing the engine and running gear, the sills replaced and a full body restoration and professional respray. The interior has been replaced with full cream leather seats and matching door cards and (what would appear to be, according to MR2 enthusiasts ) one off piano black console. I have had the wheels restored also. Some of you will have noticed it has a Rev 5 spoiler.
Under the car is equally good as all is painted to protect against corrosion.
At around the same time as the cosmetic restoration the engine received a new cambelt and pulley, along with a clutch (Exedy), water pump and fuel filter. Recent new battery. The car also has replacement grooved discs all round with almost new pads but I have no bill for these.
Last service done was 18/ 5/ 18 at 98527 (Oil and filter). Oil and filter, air filter, plugs all done on previous at 97685. As you can see, only 1000 miles done each year since I've owned it.
There is a quality stereo with USB and line connections hidden in the glove box.
MR2 owners club valued it at £5000, due to its condition. Don't want that much.
