This is a really lovely original Traveller which has had only four previous keepers and travelled only 80000 miles in its 54 year life. Although road tax payment and MOT exempt, the car has a new MOT with no advisories, which expires on 12th October 2019. The history file includes the original Driver's Handbook in which the first owner made hand written notes of all the work carried out on the car, with dates and mileages, from new until 1984. This record, together with a stack of old MOTs confirm the accuracy of the 80000 miles shown.
The Traveller is in lovely condition throughout and retains its original specification with very few changes. The car has a brake servo fitted ( to original drum brakes), electronic ignition and a dash mounted dip switch. The engine was rebuilt in 2010 (invoice on file) and the car drives superbly. The previous owner of ten years regularly took the car abroad and the tow bar was fitted to pull his small camping trailer.
There are many Travellers on the market but very few in this condition and I am confident that the first person to see and drive the car will buy it.
