Good Points,
Body is dead straight, no waviness or distortion in panels.
Engine runs fine. The car was driven for approximately 10 miles after pick up in Joberg.
Has the correct 831C block.
Strengthened shell, shock top plates, etc, similar to the UK RS, s.
Long range fuel tank.
Excellent "A" posts.
Excellent door bottoms and wheel arches.
This Sport is not full of filler, like many.
Floors look very solid, chassis rails are very good and undamaged, i can find no signs of after welding on the chassis rails. There is a small section on the off side behind drivers door that will need a small plate. Both front footwells seem to have had small repairs.
Genuine Escort Sport, there are many fakes out there.
Heater bubble is excellent, quite rare on these.
Correct sports exhaust manifold fitted as per original cars.
This Sport is not full of filler, like many.
A very solid, easy project.
Bad Points,
Brakes were working fine but there is a fluid leak somewhere.
Interior needs a sort out.
Paint has a few defects as per pictures.

Registration process is simple enough and i can assist if need be.
I will supply a NOVA letter to prove all customs duties have been paid and the car can now be registered.
