1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air in original livery of turquoise and ivory. Frame off ground up restoration i imported the car personally in 2014 from a friend in Tennessee who at the time had done 60% of the work. Keeping the original patterns and colours for the interior also in leather / vinyl. Fabric ivory headlining. Fitted carpet throughout and Chevrolet patterned foot mats. A wrap around tinted blue glass built in sun visor.
this is the rarer 4 door version 210 model, (fits into most UK garages )built and keeping it as near as stock as possible but has one or two hidden perks of a street racer. The engine is a new small block 350ci in V8 with modifications, factory bored out cylinders to . 30 above, and sitting above a pro comp header with 4 barrel Holley performance carburettor. 5, 700 cc. Developing approx 295 b. h. p. And on average reading approx 18. m. p. g. Mileage now showing 12, 000 miles.
