This rare original bodied 4 Door, 4 Light Owner Driver Sports Saloon 25/ 30 Horsepower comes with the original build sheets, full ownership history and many receipts, this is very rare for a pre war car. The first owner kept it until 1953 and it has the original buff logbook. The engine has been rebuilt and the carpets and headlining replaced. The present family have installed a stainless steel exhaust, a full flow Mocal oil filter conversion, had a number of items rechromed as well as the full rewire and the recent work, no expense has been spared and it was garaged alongside a 20/ 25 Hooper Landaulet we sold, I have known and travelled in this Mulliner Saloon since it was purchased in 2002. This Sports Saloon is very spacious and can seat 5 people in comfort, the front seats have long runners to accommodate all drivers. This motor car is in excellent close to Concours condition with very few flaws, it still retains the original immaculate 4, 257cc straight six engine which starts on the button and is lovely and quiet, showing very good oil pressure and cool water temperature, an ideal way of gaining entry to the prestigious 20 Ghost Club .
The present mileage reads 96, 657, we have a number of M. O. T. certificates up to 08/ 05/ 2012 at 92, 380 miles, it is Road Tax and M. O. T. Exempt. This is a very imposing Vintage Rolls, similar in style to a scaled down Phantom III. A number of features include twin horns, covered side mounted spare, manual winder opening front quarterlights, fast open and close drivers window, opening windscreen and sunshine roof, opening central fresh air vent, secondary metal internal boot dust door, external petrol filler door, inlaid wood marquetry, Jack Olding front sill plates and H.
