This superb MG, which is only 10 years old, is in very good condition indeed and is very smart in its Limited Edition livery. Only 50 of these models were made, and this one is finished in the very attractive shade 'Intense Cassis' (aubergine!), with complimentary oxblood coloured leather seating. These anniversary models offer improved suspension, special 'pearlescent' paint, special alloy wheels (rear wheels are extra wide), chassis improvements to upgrade the handling, air conditioning and passenger airbag, all making it a most desirable and collectable vehicle. These cars are capable of over 120mph and 0-60 in just over 8 seconds, averaging 35 miles to the gallon. This particular example starts easily and drives and performs very well, without any clunks or knocks. The interior is in first class condition as is the double duck hood which takes around 15 seconds to lower or raise. The car has been well maintained, with four brand new tyres fitted in January and a service around 5, 000 miles ago. Approx 52, 000 miles, MOT to the end of April 2020.
