1959 Triumph TR3A
One of the most loved British Sports Cars of its period, the TR3 superseded the earlier TR2 in October 1955. In mid-1957 came an update with the car now being referred to as the TR3A – changes included a full width radiator grill and exterior handles now fitted to the doors. As with all British Sports cars at this time the bulk of production was destined for the lucrative North American market.
Smartly finished in signal red with black interior trim, this example of the TR3A is in very good all round order. It has formed a part of a small private collection recently and the owner is now changing his stable. Fitted with wire wheels and overdrive, this TR3A runs very well and has recently gone through an MOT test.
The car has excellent weather equipment including a full tonneau cover.
