1938 Austin Ten Conway Cabriolet
Now a very rare model, this 1938 Conway Cabriolet is one only around a dozen recorded survivors and is probably the most correct and original example in existence.
Correctly finished in Ash Grey with extremely good original leather trim, the car has been meticulously maintained over the years and remains in good order in all respects. It was repainted many years ago and a replacement hood was fitted. Driving very well and pulling strongly the car was previously supplied by us some 7 years ago and has been very sparingly used whilst in this ownership.
A particularly versatile model – the cabriolet hood has three positions – open, ‘coupe de ville’ and when fully closed is as cosy as a saloon.
Supplied with a number of bills including details of a major overhaul costing over £6, 000 carried out around 2, 000 miles ago. This Austin also retains its distinctive Devon registration number.
