This smashing looking MGB was first exported to the USA when new, and was re-imported from the 'dry state' of California in 1992. It was duly restored by the very enthusiastic new owner to what appears to be a very good standard, from a rust-free start - we have an engineer's report from June 1993 stating that there was no evidence of rust corrosion. We guess that all the main panels are original, including the aluminium bonnet. The car starts and runs well, despite not having overdrive and the performance is excellent - a delight to drive. Everything works well. The engine is strong with good oil pressure and no overheating. The interior of the car is excellent and to original specification as is the hood and its frame. We are pleased that it still has its original steel wheels with chrome hubcaps. The other chrome on the car is also very good. The only downside to the car is that the paintwork is cracked in many places - hence the price. So - you could use the car as it is, or give it a full respray, which we have allowed for in the price. The car has a new MOT (April 2021), good MOT history and comes with V5C, details of original import, invoices, and bill of sale.

For customers wanting to sell their car, outright, or on commission, we will conduct all necessary initial negotiations over the telephone and then collect your car as quickly as possible and be on our way.
