Delighted to offer for sale this MGB Roadster 1972 in Flame with Black interior. Known by me for the last 18 years when it had its last change of ownership at 92000 miles. The car has only covered 24000 miles in the last 18 years; but just 1000 miles in the last 9 years. The vehicle has had 3 former keepers.
The vehicle has MOT certificates form 1975 onwards along with a long history file. The body of the vehicle is in superb condition. The vehicle has just received a bare metal repaint by ourselves and is unbelievably original aided by proper comprehensive rust prevention from its earliest years. The car received new front wings in 1988 at a cost of £224. 82 for the pair ! They are now £615 each. Whoever fitted them went to great lengths to protect them including painting them body coloured to the underside and inner wings at the same time. We replaced lower quarter repair wing corners during its repaint just to be sure and the sill sections behind are superb as is the inner liners. Overall panel fit is excellent aided by its new paint !
External fittings are all fresh during the paintwork. Interior wise the car received full leather reclining seats from Moss in 2003 along with new hood and frame a year later. More recent mechanical work over the last ten years include new Stainless steel exhaust fuel pump electronic ignition radiator suspension bushes etc.
Overall a fine car. Wants for nothing ready for enjoying.
