This lovely example is one of the very last 107 series 300SL's to be produced and was purchased by its English owner from Mercedes in Gibraltar on the 8th September 1989 and then imported and registered here in England in October 1989. It has only had 3 former keepers from new and was sold by us to the previous owner in 2010 and then to the current owner in 2016.
Finished in Signal Red with a full Black Leather interior, Black Carpets, Black Mohair Soft Top, Body coloured Hard Top with Heated rear Window, 3. 0 Litre Straight 6 Fi 'unleaded' Engine, 4 Speed Automatic Transmission, Air Conditioning, Heated Seats, Cruise Control, ABS Brakes, Power Steering, Outside Temperature Gauge, Electric Windows and Passenger Door Mirror, Headlamp Wash/ Wipe, front Spot Lights, Remote Central Locking and Flat Face Alloy Wheels.
It has a full and very comprehensive service history with 23+ stamps in the service book from both Mercedes main dealers and specialists, its original Bill of Sale from Mercedes in Gibraltar, its original Mercedes Benz Data Card showing it original build specifications, all MOT certificates from its first one in 1993 through to the current, all handbooks and its original tool-roll and fire Extinguisher. The car has been regularly serviced by Mercedes Benz specialist Colin Ferns in Richmond over the last 4 years with some significant expenditure and it has now covered 120, 200 miles from new!
It has always been garaged and it really does drive beautifully and upon sale it will come with our own customer care package including 12 months MOT, pre-sales Service, HPI/ provenance Checks, 55-point pre-delivery inspection and 6 months mechanical breakdown Parts & Labour Warranty which can be upgraded and extended at additional cost if required.
