1934 Austin 7 Arrow Foursome Sports Tourer
Arrow Coachworks were based at Hanwell, London and built attractive sporting coachwork for a number of light car chassis. Several styles were available on the Austin Seven including the “Foursome Sports Tourer”, of which less than a dozen are known to survive today.
Believed to have been restored around fifteen years ago, this delightful example dates from 1934 and is almost certainly one of the last Arrow models built.
In very good all round condition, it has the dummy knock-on hubcaps which were a feature of the later Arrow cars and the engine boasts a high compression head and SU carburettor.
The all-important Arrow motif is affixed to the radiator stoneguard. Full weather equipment is provided, which is in excellent order.
In all, a most appealing little car which is quite a rarity, it has an RF60 buff logbook dating back to 1952, plus a number of useful items including information on Arrow Coachworks.
