Nissan Patrol safari jap import. 4. 2 diesel none turbo, manual. Had this years, been all over the country in it and across europe, never failed me. Had lots of work done recently, front swivels rebuilt with all new seals (messy JOB) its had new EBC disc and pads on the front and a few new bushes fitted, Gearbox oil changed and engine serviced. Always had decent oils no euro car parts rubbish. Castrol, Shell etc. Pump was recon and converted to be able to run WVO Different seals fitted I believe. Pulls strong and tows really well for a none turbo version. MOT has expired, Its going to need new tyres one blew last time I used it hence missing spare. Not used since. Passenger side sill will need plating and maybe the odd body mount as far I can see its pretty solid. Was originally Black like to roof but had a blow over a few years ago to tidy it up after some dogs and jumped all over it. Wings pretty solid, nsr rear arch is going to need attention longer term. Pretty up together sound old truck, too good to break. Just fitted a brand new battery and went first go. New battery included obv. Heavy duty rear bumper fitted. Thats all I can think off. Only selling as I managed to find my dream y60 high roof with factory winch etc. Can't justify another so this has to go. Perfect little fixer upper without needing a full blown restoration. was my daily vehicle until this year so I know its sound. Doesn't and has never overheated. This has not been sat in field for years like some this was driven a lot. Factory rear LSD diff again had recent oil change. Genuinely sad to see it go. Wise investment if you have space, prices will only go up and probably out of most peoples reach in a few more years.
Mostly its tyres and a few patches. Fuel lines, brakes lines etc all sound. Every fluid has been changed in my ownership at least once.
Air con needs re gas but does work.
Heavy duty rear bumper, front bumper is stainless.
