Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 2wd
Supplied new by Endeavour Ford on the 5th January 1989
Sold to its first owner who then sold it Perrys Ford after eight months of ownership. It was from here that the second owner purchased it and owned until 2014 when it was purchased by its most recent and just third keeper, a retired GP where it formed a part of his small but quite eclectic collection as he wanted the best two wheel drive Cosworth he would drive and enjoy.
After six years of ownership he decided to sell it and put the car to a local 'old boys engineering' workshop with a open cheque book to do whatever needed doing to have a full service of all belts, new tyres, fluids, removal of the old alarm and immobilizer systems. Total bill came to circa £4, 000.
Although not our normal fair of Exotica we could not turn the opportunity down to have such an original example of the iconic Cosworth and are delighted to be offering today.
