I am selling my 1971 VW Beetle(1. 6 converted) due to a change of circumstances and space.
I have owned "Betty" for the last 4 years and for 2 years was my daily drive. For the past 2 years it has been stored in a unit. It has been MOT'd and serviced until it became MOT exempt. Recently I have fitted a new 12V battery.
There are patches of rust round the headlight unit and bonnet but apart from these patches there is very little else wrong with the body. I have installed upgraded front seats from the original to some original Porsche 911 seats. I have installed a full sound system, with rear speakers, and bluetooth DAB radio.
I also have another set of wheels that I have not yet fitted but I have all wheel spacers and the wheels are prepped for use.
I have absolutely loved owning and driving Betty and I would like someone else to be able to fully enjoy using the car because she is a brilliant little car!
