___ 1. Inform us as soon as possible.
___ 2. Try to bring / transport the vehicle to our premises so that we may inspect the alleged problem and arrange a suitable course of action.
___ PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A THIRD-PARTY GARAGE before allowing us to inspect it, as we will NOT ACCEPT liability for any work done by another garage. it is important to remember that very often what might appear to you as serious fault is anything but, and can accordingly be rectified by our skilled and experienced staff at little or no cost to yourself. We will not accept responsibility for another garages cost unless expressly authorized by ourselves.
