Bought for my wife 2 years ago as her first car (her choice !!) Looked far and wide to find one in this condition; but she quickly decided she preferred a Mini. Having had several MX5's previously myself, I decided to keep it as my toy. It is in totally original condition, never been molested or modified and most importantly ZERO rust. It was owned by an elderly gentleman before me for a number of years, who cherished it and drove it all of about 1000 miles per year; eventually selling it as he was finding it hard to get in and out of in his 80's!! Being the Japanese model it has some extras over the UK spec MX5, namely a CAT and Air Conditioning as standard fit. The Speedo is in both Mph and Km, but the trip meter and odometer are given in Km (showing 110505 km / 69000 miles). Extremely low genuine mileage for a 30+ yr old car. Cam belt was done by the previous owner around 4 yrs ago.. (approx 4000 miles ago).
MOT'd expires 27th Jan 2022.
The reason I am selling is that I just can't justify the expense of a 4th car, and I no longer have a garage to store it in.
