Selling my little Rudge 250 sports, first reg 28th jan 1938.
No time to ride it so it has to go.
I have owned this bike for 3 years , bought a more modern bike to do longer trips.
A delightful little piece of our heritage for sale, you will rarely see one of these little gems, great little bikes, easy to manage and maintain and being a rudge its quite a sprightly little performer
this bike has undergone a full restoration including the engine.
the original wheel rims have been refurbished and chromed.
carb just refurbished by 'Joe the carb', brilliant job.
rudges dual braking system.
engine completely overhauled by a leading rudge expert. paul white.
new tyres/ tubes.
brand new exhaust that fits the bike perfectly .
easy starter.
all tinware has been resprayed
only the decompression lever on the handlebar is not original.
fun to ride and lightweight to handle.
exceptional to find one in this condition,

overall i would say its very very close to mint condition.
Priced to sell at £7500, seen rough ones go for over 8k.
