This rare Austin A125 Sheerline limousine was first registered on 22nd July 1952. These limousines were bodied by Mann Eggerton in Norwich. There were a total of 600 built between 1949 and 1953, many were exported. The example we are offering here is a very rare 9 seat configuration, one of only 3 known to the club. and bears chassis number DM19292. The v5 is showing just 3 former keepers. The gentleman we bought it from for the past 7 years and the one before that 22 years and both in the same area. It has been in regular use and drives really well. Lots of improvements have been made including new radial tyres all round, new radiator and fanbelt, kenlowe fan. A gold seal reconditioned engine has been fitted ( assume many years ago). The interior is in good condition (slight wear on edge of drivers seat. Glass partitioning is all complete as original. The bodywork presents well although there are improvements that could be made or just use as it is. Would make a great wedding car or addition to a classic funeral fleet. It comes with many invoices for previous repairs and old mot certificates. Although it is test exempt it has a current mot until September 2021.
