For sale is my 1988 e34 530i with the rare manual gearbox.
This car is part of a collection and is getting minimal use so it’s ready for a new home.
It was purchased new from Sundridge BMW, Kent as a company directors car and was purchased by said director on his retirement. It then passed to his son so was in the same family ownership until 2016 . It was serviced at BMW main dealers annually until 2003 and 113, 000 miles. Since then it has had 8 more documented services at regular intervals including a recent full “inspection 2” where all fluids etc were changed.
The car is in excellent condition as to be expected for the low number of owners who have taken good care of it. It drives exceptionally well and is a lovely comfortable cruiser. The rare manual gearbox allows for a great balance of driver involvement and ease of use due to the excellent M30 3 litre in line 6 engine that is smooth and powerful.
The interior is showing no signs of excessive wear with no rips/ tears or dashboard cracks. Bodywork is excellent with no rust at all, including in the usual places-arches/ petrol flap. She is solid underneath and has 12 months MOT.
