Offered for sale this superb and very rare MGA Twin Cam Roadster. One of only 1788 examples produced and one of only 210 home market cars.
Extensively rebuilt in the early 90's down to a bare chassis. The engine received a complete rebuild in 1993 by Brown and Gammons. The body and chassis was rebuilt to all areas including trim and has covered 4000 miles since in the last 30 years. A very impressive rolling road reading of 105 bhp in 1992 is almost as good as the factory claimed at a very optimistic 109 bhp.
Looked after by myself for the last 2 years and with the latest owner for the last ten years. Recent work to new brake master cylinder and brake overhaul following full repaint of front bulkhead in the engine bay to remove fluid contamination.
A genuine delightful car that is a dream to drive and fulfils exactly what you would expect from this very rare car.
