Austin 16 BS1 (1948)
Was originally registered on 20th May 1948. I have the original registration booklet and subsequent petrol rationing stamps..... This shows the original number plate as being FUS 44. The number plate alone is valued at £3000 by DVLA
I also have the original service manual.
Has the original and authentic running gear, including the 2. 2, 4 cylinder engine.
The car is in excellent condition and fully roadworthy. 12 months Mot.
I also have a range of spare parts, including pistons, engine blocks, heads , fuel tank, gearbox, new oil filters, new gaskets, etc.
Recently had some work done :
Changed engine oil and filter
Changed gearbox oil
Fitted a water temperature gauge (car did not had one from factory)
New stainless Steel exhaust system
Changed to negative earth
Patronix electronic ignition
New plugs
Has the original jacking system which is working
Original flag indicators work, also been fitted flashing ones
All gauges and heater work
Tyres almost new, spare one still has the label on it
