- The unreliable electric hubs have been converted to manual hubs, not an easy process
- During hub conversion, internal seals (sealing axle fluid from knuckle grease) were replaced. Marlin Crawler Eco seals (double edge)
- Birfield joints repacked with CV Lith-moly grease
- 1984 Hilux Pickup hubs used for hub conversion
- New steering knuckle (swivel housing) studs installed
- New Koyo trunnion/ swivel bearings (OEM Japanese brand)
- New Koyo wheel bearings (OEM Japanese brand)
- New Chromoly Spindles (Trial Gear spindles, imported form U. S.)
- New internal spindle bronze bushings for the stub axles
- New AVM hubs imported for Australia
- New brake rotors and pads installed
- Front axle oil replaced
- All tie-rod and drag link ends have been replaced and alignment completed
- Rear oil diff fluid replaced
- Rear brake rotor and pads replaced
- Rear parking brake pads and components replaced
- Turbo rebuilt at 114, 072 miles, new seals and bearing (preventative maintenance) by company.
- Timing belt, Aisin water pump replaced at 114, 072 miles
- New full metal radiator replaced at 114, 072 miles (have original still)
- Gearbox rebuilt at 114, 100 miles due to 3rd and 5th gears started to grumble on acceleration and deceleration (worn bearings on counter shaft).
- All bearings, seals, and syncros replaced. Second gear replaced
- main shaft and counter shaft checked good for tolerances (out of round) and diameter.
- Transmission gear/ bearing snap rings ordered from Toyota-blueprinted ensuring factory spec clearances during re-assembly
- 1st Gear thrust bearing washer upgraded to a Marlin Crawler HD Chromoly component which has increased cross-section & surface area and those that who intend to push 300+ ft-lbs of torque
- 1st / 2nd shift fork upgraded to Marlin Crawler high strength 7075-T6 billet aluminum shift fork. 180 degrees of shifting contact rather than two small tabs adding up to 24 degrees of contact (known weak point).
- Heavy duty bearing retaining from Marlin Crawler- CNC machined from high quality high tensile strength, USA-made and zinc-plated solid billet steel, it far surpasses the strength of the factory stamped plate. As the factory plate wears out it fails to properly position the main shaft, resulting in very poor shifting performance and increased thrust wear throughout the entire transmission.
- Shifter has Marlin Crawler’s Heavy-duty socket and seat made from Delrin
- Gearbox and transfer case housings media blasted and painted
- Solid flywheel conversion – using all Genuine Toyota parts, Lexus flywheel, Aisin clutch, throughout bearing, (have original DMF flywheel

- Transfer case was fully rebuilt with gaskets, seals and bearings from AllFourx4 Terrain Tamer kit, imported from Australia.
- Transfer case is NOT chain driven. It is uses gears only.
- New OEM transmission/ transfer case mount.
- Top of cab paint sun damaged, sanded off, repainted & clear coated with matching OEM paint, six 500mil spray cans & clear coats untouched in box.
- New rear factory mud flaps
- Body is 27 yrs old, so there are a few minor dings, but this vehicle has not been thrashed on.
- Front and rear propshafts (driveshafts) u-joints have been replaced with Japan GMB Propshaft Universal Joints
- Seat are suspension seats for a cushion ride while off-road or can be locked out for non-movement
- New upper and lower radiator hoses from Japan un-installed
- Engine block and heater core flushed out during new radiator install
- Auxiliary gauges in pods installed: EGT, Boost, Water Temp
- Starter replaced Oct 2014
- Battery replaced Jul 2019
- Fuel filter replaced at 114, 072 miles
- Oil Change Aug 2021
