There are rare cars and then there are truly unique cars and this most certainly falls into the latter category! The regular 3000S was produced to satisfy the need for a convertible variant of the 'M' series cars in the late '70's with around 250 being built. The 3000S Turbo was a high performance model fitted with the Broadspeed-developed Turbocharged 3. 0 Essex engine. This particular car, a 3000SE, was the only such car produced and was built for Martin Lilley who owned TVR Engineering at that point. The 'SE' was the ultimate derivation of the 'M' series car with flared wheel arches, modified bonnet, Compomotive split-rim alloy wheels, Full leather trim, Limited slip diff and so on. This car has a full and continuous history and is well known within the TVR community, a real chance to become the next custodian of a piece of automotive history!
Fully rebuilt by an acknowledged marque expert in 1996 and having covered only nominal mileage since, this car remains in fine fettle and showed over 225 bhp when last on a rolling road!
Finished in Ferrari Red with Black full leather piped in Red, Black carpets and hood. Fitted with up-rated HiFi, Rear roll cage and complete with a lovely 'TVR' registration plate.
