Ford Mustang 1967 S Code, big block , manual, Bullitt.
Here we have one of the most iconic Mustangs of all time. Steve McQueen made the Mustang Fastback S Code Manual, famous in the 1968 film Bullitt. This example here, is the exact same type and year that he used in the role.
This Mustang has a fabulous history which has been researched by the last owner and a book has been made detailing its life.
Built in Ford Metuchen plant in New Jersey in 1967 and sold into the New York district sales area. The colour scheme when new was Brittany Blue coachwork with a blue vinyl interior. Being the GT specification, it came with all the extras we see here today.
The Mustang left the USA in 1970 and arrived to a Mr Peter Abass residing in Hastings. The book then goes on to describe the other owners with written accounts of when and where they had custody of This stunning Mustang.
The Mustang drives as well as it looks, with plenty of power throughout the range. Sitting in the cockpit there is definite a feeling of presence, with the DNA that runs through the vehicle from bonnet to boot.
