Although the ‘RM’ Series were products of the Nuffield Organisation, they remained true to the Riley ethos of old, being of high quality with sporting handling, appealing to the enthusiastic motorists of the time.
Today, these Rileys benefit from excellent Club backup, with a very good spare parts supply and their popularity endures.
In the care of its current owner for the past 35 years, this 1953 RMB 2. 5 has been used sparingly in recent times and always well maintained. Finished in Ivory, with maroon interior trim, it is in good all-round condition and presents well.
The water pump has just been rebuilt and everything appears to function correctly, with the car driving very well. The roof has been re-covered with quality Everflex material.
