A very special car this one, owned since November 2000 and garaged ever since by my own mother and only for sale after 21 years because she fancies a new car.
Purchased and kept for the first 2 years by Dr Hope of Staines upon Thames and in November 2000 part exchanged the Golf back into supplying Dealer Sheppards Volkswagen in Bishops Stortford for a new car.
That same month in 2000 my parents purchased the Golf as an approved used Volkswagen for £13500 from Sheppards and that same purchase invoice is still in the large file of paperwork which comes with the car.
