Description
Reluctantly for sale due to lack of use is my 1972 Honda CB250 K4. Has only covered 350 miles in last 4 years of ownership.
No longer requires MOT or Road Tax. Unable to confirm mileage as Speedometer changed by previous owner.
Original Letter obtained via Honda (U. K.) Date of Manufacture 02 May 1972.
Frame Number was not visible on original purchase, once revealed did not match V5C. N. O. V. A. application was required and Age Related Registration issued. Now on correct K registration for 1972.
The following Black Gloss parts returned to bare metal and Powder Coated they include, Main and Side Stand, Battery Holder, Chain Guard, Footrest Assembly, Rear Light Bracket Assembly, Air Cleaner Covers, Toolbox and Silencer Brackets.
Pair of New Old Stock Keihin 725AB Carburettors fitted. Petcock, Fuel Lines replaced.
Head Gasket replaced including various Engine Gaskets.
Replaced Inlet Manifolds and Air Cleaners.
Cylinder Head Valve Guides replaced plus replaced Inlet/ Exhaust Valves.
Spark Plug Threads (Not Helicoil) replaced by Somerset Engineering Company. Pair of Vacuum Take Off Ports fitted for easy tuning and Twin Davida Vacuum Gauges included in sale, also Tool Kit and Haynes Manual. New Spark Plugs, Leads and Caps. Replacement Rectifier/ Regulator, also replacement Stator (Not New) fitted. Replacement Ignition Switch with 2 keys,
Original Machine Casing Screws replaced with Stainless fittings.
Front Indicator Stems replaced.
NOS Front Headlamp Shell assembly.
Replacement Twin Points and NOS Advance/ Retard unit. Hand Grips, Throttle Sleeve and Rear Tank Rubber fitted.
Replaced Gear Change Linkage plus Final Drive Chain.
Engine Oil recently changed, comes with One Litre 10W/ 40 Top Up Engine Oil.
Lots of receipts from David Silver.
Two Brand New Dunlop Tyres (K82) fitted which includes new Inner Tubes and Rim Tape. Also new Front. Brake pads.
Motobatt Baby Boy Trickle charger included that can be connected to a charging point under seat for ease of charging.
Replaced Oil in Front Forks. Rear Sprocket Replaced.
Various Spare Gaskets, Parts Manual, original Rectifier, Regulator and Ignition Switch included in sale.
